My son was the actual patient. Dr. Frick is always real gentle with him and explains what he is doing. Accomodating for children/parents. My son has never complained or been afraid to go to Dr. Frick. I also find the office personnel very friendly. Above all...not alot of unnecessary waiting. Quick as well as efficient.
