My experience was great until I had to reschedule an appt for my daughter - The appointment was made for a later date - and I wrote it on the reminder card they gave me. When I got to work, my boss had told me I had recvd a message from my dentist office and laughing, saying "I was in trouble".. and the caller was very RUDE . When I called, I spoke w/ Dr. Martins wife, who was very rude and informed me that I had "missed" my morning appointment. I informed her that I had called in to reschedule and that there must of been a misunderstanding. She told me that she DID NOT have anything on the books for a reschedule and I WAS AT FAULT.. (I am 40+ old and felt like I was being scolded by my mother) and I would be responsible for the Appointment missed! Even though I had it written on my reminder card - the appointment was for a later date. Her customer service manners were very very poor, what happend to the customer is right? There was absolutley no talking to her, she informed me I WOULD BE BILLED! end of discussion, Needless to say, we have never been back. Never did she apologize that MAYBE the reschedule didn't get changed in her books.. WOW.. does she wear the pants in the family or what? Bottom line.. if you go here, don't RESCHEDULE!
