I took my 4 year old daughter here for her first dental exam. We waited over an hour to see the doctor. He saw her in a large room with lots of people just standing around- no murals or kid friendly atmosphere. He was very impatient with my daughter- he told her very unkindly to "common, open your mouth." He later took me into his office to discuss with me his procedures for cavities. A bug crawled across the side of his desk and I very quickly got a tissue and killed it. He didn't believe me, he actually opened up the tissue to look at the bugs guts! While speaking with me about treatment for my daughter he spoke down to me. He was very disrespectful and arrogant. I will never come here again. It's a shame b/c the office staff were very friendly.
