I take my 3yo to this dentist. The wait is very long (almost an hour) for an early morning appt. however, my daughter was comfortable enough to go back by herself the 2nd time we went in. They do a great job with her teeth. I just wish they would be more efficient with scheduling. I went to the same dentist when I was a girl and always enjoyed going to the dentist. Everyone has always been very nice and I looked forward to getting to pick a toy after my cleaning. My 3yo already talks about her next visit and toy so they obviously know how to work well with kids.
