Very busy office with impersonal staff. I had to remind the xray tech that my son had never been to the dentist before and that she needed to explain procedures to him. The dentist himself is gentle enough but directs most of his interactions to the parent. We had a follow-up visit scheduled but when my son woke up that morning with pinkeye I had to call to reschedule. They were quite inflexible and charged me $25 for not providing 24 hour notice. Moreover, I have been called 3 times by the same staff person within ten minutes to schedule a single appointment. Apparently she did not keep track of who she had been calling that morning. Then she called me back to reschedule because she had originally scheduled my son on a day that the dentist does not see preschoolers. Needless to say, this office is very unorganized and busy.
