I took my 11 month old son here yesterday. The hygienist was friendly, but seemed a little inexperienced - she told me I wrote down my son was 4 months old because she misread what I wrote on the intake form and then she asked me to rewrite it (even though his birthdate is right next to his age on the form). She did her best to clean my son's teeth while he actively evaded her. She brought him stickers later, which he will surely enjoy eating. Dr. Weaver was friendly and counseled me on dental care for my son. I thought the exam room was kind of shabby - not very kid-friendly at all. Their policy is you can remain with your kid during visits until s/he is 3 years old, and then you wait while your kid is alone with the dentist. This is my first pediatric dentist, so I don't even know if that's odd or not. We somehow neglected to put our son under our dental policies, so we paid out of pocket. They offered us a 20% discount for out of pocket payment. No x-rays yet.
