My children have been patients of Dr. Stimmel for over six years now and my children actually look forward to going to the dentist! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. While the parents are in the waiting area the children are invited back to play games and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere. The assistants talk to the parents before the children are treated and they explain all the procedures that will be done on your visit. They answer all questions you or your child may have. Dr Stimmel always makes my children feel very comfortable and he always makes them smile. He actually sits and talks to his patients and asks about their hobbies and things that are important to them. He actually gets to know them and makes the children feel very important. He has wonderful chair side manner!! After the children are done Dr. Stimmel will talk to the parents and we never feel rushed out of the office. The front - office staff takes care of insurance issues and takes care of our appointments. We get a post card in the mail and we also get a call so we never forget our appointments. We thank Dr. Stimmel and his staff for making our experiences in the dental chair great ones.
