My daughter has been a patient of Dr. Friedman's for 8 years, and this morning, because I was going to have to reschedule an appointment for the 2nd time, Lydia (who makes the appointments) REFUSED to reschedule and told me that I need to find another dentist.
My daughter loves Dr. Friedman, and I think he is a great dentist, but if last-minute scheduling conflicts cause one to be "kicked-out" as a patient, then I think the quality of his practice is declining quickly!
