I've brought my 4 children to Zummo for about 15 years now. I had confidence in him until I found out about his neglect and harsh treatment. One of my daughters complained about how rough the assistant cleaning her teeth was with her. My children are well behaved and the lady really hurt her gums. I have taken them to ALL their regular 6 month check-ups. On the last visit there he only told me that one of my daughters needed attention to a soft tooth and my other daughter needed braces. The daughter with braces told him of sensitivity in her back teeth and Dr. Zummo said he didn't know why she was having that. Long story short, I brought them to a different dentist within a month. The daughter with the "soft enamel" had 4 cavities and needed a root canal. My other daughter got braces put on, and then I found out her sensitivity was caused by a very bad cavity. Zummo should have seen theses problems and took care of them but he didn't take bite wing xrays every six months like he was supposed to and neglected them. They went through extreme pain because of Zummo's neglect. I wouldn't refer my dog to this man!
