Neglected to inform me that they'd no longer take my insurance in 2 days until after check up was done - insurance only pays for one annual visit. This meant we'd either have to have her filling done before end of month or get another referral from primary dentist, pay for new visit out of pocket, etc. She had stuffy nose at the time and couldn't breath well so procedure was done w/ little benefit from gas. My daughter is tough - NEVER cries at vaccinations. Had to restrain her in chair to complete filling. The worst experience I ever had.
