I went to this office based upon a recommendation from a friend, even though they were out-of-network for my insurance. Dr. Bob said my son had 4 cavities which needed to be treated and gave me a quote of $1600. The office was suppose to obtain a pre-determination from my insurance company before proceeding with the fillings. I called the office 2 weeks after my son's appointment and they said that it could take 30 to 45 days. I asked for the specifics for the cost of the fillings and spent at least 10 minutes in conversation with the staff on the phone. After another 30 days, I called to see about scheduling my son for his fillings. The office said they never sent my son's paperwork into the insurance company and did not have a pre-determination. I was furious! Now my son has been walking around with a mouth full of cavities and I'm looking for someone else!
