I was referred to Doctor Holtz over 15 years ago. He is the best dentist I have ever had and his staff is first class. You can always tell a place where people like to work because there is usually very low turnover - you see the same people visit after visit and that is the case with Dr. Holtz's office. The hygenists do an excellent job.
Dr. Holtz is one of those dentists that can give you a shot in a way that you hardly feel it. He is gentle and makes you feel very at ease whenever you need to have work done. But he won't do work unless it is absolutely necessary. He has "kept a watch" on little things that have shown up on my x-rays for years and only suggests fillings when it is clear that things have grown into real problems. Over the years he has replaced many of my old fillings and has installed a couple of crowns on cracked teeth. He never suggests more work than is necessary.
Dr. Holtz's office manager Diane is a very warm and professional person and a seasoned pro with insurance companies.
