My then 4 year old daughter had a crown done in 2006 by Dr. Dang, a dentist in Dr. Pal's office. Great job and overall outcome, friendly doctor. Also very nice and capable dental hygienists, all cleanings and exams have been done well. Orthodontic treatment particularly for one of my other children was poorly done though by the older Dr. Pal. From what I understand now he has no formal orthodontic training and costs were high. The initial results were so poor and the overall procedure plan so vague, that I had to switch offices and start from scratch a few months later. I advise strongly against orthodontic treatment there. Front desk office used to be excellent, but they have changed frequently over the last couple of years and are not on top of things now. Have been charged twice in a row now for prophylactic treatment, that should have been free, but time lines with insurance companies were mixed up without the front desk catching it on time. Although I have been mostly happy overall, because of the disappointing and costly experience with my daughter a while back and the recent experience with the front desk I am currently looking for a new dentist.
