Dr. Woo's staff is very personable and her facility is beautiful. She has no children of her own, however, and it is very apparent in her approach to treating children (ie, bit of an edge, advised me to hold my child down with his arms over his head to brush his teeth when he wasn't cooperating -- NOT an idea I tried). We're changing to another dentist who understands children better.
