We had several good visits with Dr. Davis and my two kids. But this last time, my son (5 years old) was suddenly fearful. My son was uncooperative, trying to push the dentist's hands away and clamping his mouth shut. Dr. Davis raised his voice (essentially yelled) at him-- I was very dismayed. Then the hygenist compared my son to his little sister, who was an angel that day.
I'm sad about it, because Dr. Davis seems like a nice guy. But there is never an excuse to yell at a patient.
We are switching dentists.
