The *ONLY* reason I'm giving an "average" for the "Treatment succes" is that I'm not finished yet...I've only been there once (so far) on a referral... My experience thus far has been VERY favoriable... The overall feel of the office is warm and inviting, the employees seem kind and caring... As for Dr. Francis himself, I was quite impressed... he is obviously very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain all your options and to let you know what you can expect with the choice you've made... My sister has been an RDH for many years and after I explained what happened and what all was said, her comment was "he sounds like he's a good guy and really knows what he's doing"... the contact information here is not correct... his phone number is 623-583-3960 and he's at about 89th Ave. & Union Hills in Glendale... I would recommend him to anyone...
