He is far more concerned about the money than in the proper treatment for his patients. I understand it is a business, but the fear-mongering and over-used analogies of your mouth is like a house with a bad foundation etc... gets tiresome very quickly.
He also has an annoying way of deflecting patient questions and getting back to the 'extreme urgency' of the situation, but when I asked him if my current condition is an urgent matter in a letter, he wrote back no. Trust went out the window at that point and I never went back.
He needs to take a business class; trying to milk a new, intelligent, internet-savvy, cash-paying patient is not very astute.
