Was referred to for Periodontal surgery and cosmetic bonding consultation. Office door and sign says cosmetic dentistry and periodontal, so do the business cards.
Waited for almost an hour where a dental assistant made small talk with us for about 25 minutes while we waited for the doctor. Once the doctor came into the room he asked what we needed. We were then told that he no longer did periodontal work and could not give us any information until we had periodontal completed so he could decide on what needed to be done to the teeth.
This was a real disappointment especially since we were still charged $109 for a consultation that we never received. We were very upset about the long wait, misrepresentation of service, and lack of help so we called back to ask for the charge to be dropped since the doctor couldn't help. We were told that the doctor did provide consultation along with help from his assistant.
I would not recommend this doctor to anyone.
