You dream of a dentist like this. He is personable, gentle, explains everything, and reasonable. His staff is professional and they don't sit you down when you get there and ask how you going to pay before anything else. In fact, they mail you a bill, very civilized and it is very reasonable. I was given his name about 8 years ago when i started having periodontal problems. Many dentists just want to take your teeth out or give you that hideous gum surgery. Dr. Milliken believes in clean, clean clean below the gum line to help you keep your teeth without the surgery. my numbers have gone way down with his palative treatments. i go 3-4 times a year for a cleaning and he is so nice and personable, i actually look forward to it. its worth the drive to burlingame. there is free parking within a block of his office which is in a low rise building off of El Camino. they bill insurance and then send you a bill. I have never experienced any pain there, financial or otherwise. This guy is a 10 plus....
