I have been a patient at Dr. Jeannie Chung's office for over 20 years. My general dentist informed me that I needed to see a periodontist, and I'm so glad Dr. Chung was recommended. She is very professional, confident and caring. She always takes the time to explain how I am doing with my oral hygiene and gives positive recommendations on how I can improve. Her office staff is also very friendly and professional. She has had the same staff for so many years, which really makes me feel comfortable. The front desk staff are always willing to answer my questions and are very knowledgeable regarding my financial and treatment needs. The hygienists that clean my teeth are very gentle and are sensitive to my needs. It's nice getting to know them as the hygienist have also been there for so long. The office itself is very modern, comfortable, and parking is never a problem.
I strongly recommend Dr. Chung to anyone in need of periodontal treatment. I feel so fortunate to have known Dr. Chung and her awesome staff for so many years!
