About Front Desk: On my last two visits for teeth cleaning the hygienist hit both times two of my teeth with her instruments. Both times she made it seem as very casual. The first time I was shocked, since she had never done it before and hygienists are trained never to do it. The second time I was terrified and after speaking to different people, I eventually realized that it might have been done deliberately. I had complained a few years before about another employee who was charging me for unnecessary extras, not taking the appropriate X-rays. I sent an email and asked never to have any future interactions with this employee. These employees have no personal benefit from these highly irregular activities.

I know this doctor: Since 1981 to 02/16. Realized in February 2016 that I was dealing with a dishonest, unprofessional periodontist.
