I have had three surgeries performed by Dr. Mullin in the last twelve years. Two of them involved implants, were very complicated, and worked out well. I can say without reservation that he is highly skilled and competant (expert) periodontist. He knows exactly what he is doing and does excellent work. He puts the interests of his patients first - does not perform uneccessary procedures. Very highly recommended.
