I had a soft-tissue gum graft performed by Dr. John in 2001. While that procedure isn't the most fun thing you can do in the world, Dr. John made it as comfortable as possible. He has an excellent patient repoirre, good sense of humor, and explains things in a direct and understandable manner.
The only less than positive experience I had is when I went back to his office a few years later for a recommended follow-up. The checkup took less than 15 minutes, but I was billed $50. I know it should have been my responsibility to see if there was a charge, but the appt seemed so brief as to warrant the bill.
In any case, I will probably have to return in the future for similar procedures and I will definitely be seeing Dr. John. Overall, highly recommended.
