Dr. Pickering is personable and friendly. He explained what was going on and what he was going to do. The staff were friendly and made sure I was comfortable. The procedure happened just like he explained, took as long as he said it would, and my recovery was just as I was told to expect. They worked with my insurance company and told me what to expect. I really HATE going to the dentist, but if I had to I would gladly go back to Dr. Pickering again.
