Dr. Versman did a grafting for me. As a dentist, I found him to be pleasant, competant and very professional. He explained everything to me in terms of my procedure and handled the procedure with expert ease. He also gave me a prescription for the medicine I would need for pain prior to the visit, so I was completely prepared when I went in for the grafting.
His staff, however, seem inefficent in dealing with my insurance and explaining the financial aspects of my dental procedure. I had been told by a staff worker prior to the procedure that my insurance company would cover a certain amount. I had to pay all costs up front and concern myself with reimbursement from my insurance company. We had to appeal my insurance coverage because the procedure was in fact, not covered. Dr. Versman did take care of the appeal and a part of the procedure costs, less than originally quoted by his office, were covered.
