Dr. Thurber was very nice and very helpful. I went to him for problems with my gums. I only was able to see him twice before my $200 bill arrived. I do have insurance so this should have been covered. So of course I argued with my insurance to have them pay my bill. Well they told me they were waiting for some information from Dr. Thurber's office. Well everytime I called they told me to speak with the billing department but she is only in on Mondays and Tuesdays. Well I would call and leave messages but no one would return my call. The office manager called me about my bill and she was probably the rudest costumer service person I have ever come in to contact with. I tried to explain to her about the insurance and she did not care and just kept on yelling at me. Well needless to say I paid my bill right away, and the insurance company thought that his office was so ridiculous that they ended up reimbursing me later on. It is a shame because Dr. Thurber is a nice guy he just has horrible office workers.
