Most recently, Dr. Kreuzer had to perform emergency surgery on a tooth that was severely abscessed. As in every experience Ive had with Dr. Kreuzer, he was gentle, caring, focused, and completely professional, yet how he made me feel at ease was phenomenal. Although Dr. Kreuzer perfomed a very, very complicated procedure, he took the time to explain what he had done, and he even drew pictures of what he had done.
I would recommend Dr. Kreuzer to anyone who is looking for a Dentist who puts his patients well-being above anything else that he does. The more detailed and difficult the procedure the more you should want Dr. Kreuzer.
As a retired Quality Professional, educated in all aspects of Advanced Quality Principles, I found no Opportunities For Improvements in all aspects of my experience with Dr. Kreuzer and his staff.
