Dr. Ganeles attempted to restore my entire mouth. He failed miserably. he performed extensive surgery knowing I had a dangerous sinus infection. He removed upper and lower teeth during this surgery(excluding top four teeth) and my face collapsed IN about 3-4 weeks(a complete gutting).
I had to wait 6 months for my next surgery. It was humiliating and embarrassing.
Then Ganeles worked out of his scope to try and correct the mess he created. Ganeles altered my nasal tip with soft tissue and altered my nasal bridge and right frontal brow area with bone grafting and soft tissue.
I have worn temps(plastic teeth) that have never fit. I have constant migraines, jaw and neck pain.
In addition, my speech was damaged, I cannot breath, i frequently choke and aspirate food.
My appearance is very compromised. I avoid social gatherings
and my friends are shocked at my appearance.
Nobody wants to touch this case.
I did not sue Ganeles because I was told by my attorney that no one would treat me if i took legal action.
I have been refused by many periodontists and oral surgeons.
I was 42 at the time of my surgery with Ganeles and experienced a stroke within 2 weeks following my surgery.
