I am sure Dr. horvat is a good dentist but he does not believe in disclosure to the patient. He is very authoritarian and does not like his patients to question his procedures. If money is not an issue and you feel comfortable putting your full trust in someone who you do not have a track record with then I am sure he will be the dentist for you.
