About Front Desk: The most disorganized, uninformed staff I have ever encountered. They made numerous mistakes, called me on the phone to the point of annoyance, and billed me for procedures I had already paid for. I have had LOTS of experience with dentist offices. This was the worst I have ever encountered. Too bad because the doctor is good.
