My dentist sent me to Dr. Alexander to have an exam for a gigvectomy (lasering of the gum line). To make this review easier I'll list all of the things she did wrong.
1. Her voice is very loud, you can hear her in every exam room.
2. Very negative about the outcome of the procedure.
3. Suggested that I have sugery instead of the gigivectomy ie. more money for her.
4. The exam she preformed on me was more painful than having my braces both top and bottom tightened.
5. She didn't numb me properly nor did she warn me before sticking this needle like tool in my mouth.
6. She didn't suction my mouth while it was filled with blood.
7. Neither her or her assistant knew how to work their computer properly to show me before and after pictures of the procedure.
8. At the end of the visit she never said nice to have met you nor did she shake my hand.
I'm writing this review to warn people who care about their mouth. These exams don't have to hurt if you find the right doctor who is gentle. Do your research before paying your money.
About Front Desk: The receptionist should retire. Very Poor personal skills.
