Dr Larner allowed his receptionist(Cathy) to talk to his patients in a extremely rude, disrespective, unprofessional manner. She told me she "don't care" as I was speaking with her regarding a situation. I was completely blown away by her unprofessional attitude. If you want a nice, friendly, professional dentist office this office is NOT the place to go. He quickly told Cathy(receptionist) to "dismiss" my husband and I as his patients because I called them to dispute a bill that we DO NOT owe them. Bottomline this dental office does NOT care about their patients...its obvious that they only care about the money that they collect.
