I have never, ever not once waited in the waiting room for Dr. Richard. He is always ready for me when I get there and I am usually in and out in 20 min. When I first started seeing him I was a mess but now it's mostly routine stuff. He doesn't usually use a hygienist & does all the work himself. Best dentist in the world. Never painful and he it is always a pleasure to see him.
