Dr. Giffin deserves a 4 star; however he referred me to a general dentist in his office who turned out to be a moonlighter from Tufts and only worked one afternoon per week. She also needed a repeat of "novocaine 101". I also still have nerve pain in that particular tooth which means the cap was not properly inserted. With a number of caps ahead of me I canceled after the first one. Dr. G is the best in Periodontal; however, his office is much below competent in general dentistry.

About Hygienist: Mediocre. With dental insurance which pays of 100% of full cleanings 2X per year, Dr. Griffin's office only does Periodontal Cleanings which are at 80% reimbursement.
