I have had periodontal problems for years. The problems require periodic care every 3 to 4 months. After being under Dr. Lender's care for a couple of years, I have for the first time ever had repeated visits with no bleeding, additional scraping or other additional work. My mouth is healthier than ever which is due not only to dilligent care provided by Dr. Lender, but also the additional time taken to educate and advise on techniques and equipment to let me do a better job of keeping my mouth healthy. The care becomes increasingly expensive, but worth it in my opinion. My wife has always been afraid of dentists. She had serious dental problems which she neglected because of this fear. I consulted with Dr. Lender on the best way to get her to change her ways. Even though Dr. Lender is not a general dentist, she took her as a patient and by building trust and confidence convinced her to get the help she needed from a recommended general dentist. She too has the best oral health in nearly 30 years. In addition to excellent, well-qualified care, the office staff is friendly and accomodating. If they only had better music it would be great.
