Dr. Silberman did not do a proper examination on me. Periodontal surgery was done in a hurry, without such exam. After my surgery, I was allowed only to see the hygenist, not the doctor.
I did not realize the full extent of this until I spoke to my insurance co about my displeasure with treatment received.
I also had an issue with billing. According to the contract with my insurance, I cannot be billed for the difference between the contracted and regular prices. I was required to pay full price before the procedure, and it took over 6 months and the involvement of my insurance co to get the credit that I was owed.
I have a complaint in research stage with my insurance co about this situation. It is taking so long to hear due to their backlog in the review dept.
Dr. Silberman has many offices: The ones I've found so far are in Worcester (where I went), Brockton, Taunton.
