Dr. Duello removed an implant that was put in the wrong place. My history had been 2 implant attempts and one removal. This surgery was quite different from what I experienced in the past. Dr. Duello's work is arful and he has wonderful bedside manner. Our pre-surgery exam made me feel wonderful as he informed me and showed me the x-ray!! That put me at ease - he has a great personality. His office is very much ahead of the average in the area of technology. He had equipment I had never seen at my previous dentist. It was neat to watch him and his assistants. During the procedure he explained everything he was doing and kept me informed of every move he made. I have been through 3 procedures from the doctor who did my implant and this surgery was state of the art. One shot on the roof of my mouth opposed to the previous 4. He is accurate and gentle. The stitching is unbelievable (beautiful) and I had no swelling - pain was very minimal and lasted just the evening after surgery. Compare that with 3 days of swolling and throbbing pain. Dr. Duello is worth every penny! Thank you!
