I was lied to and told that my coverage would cover half of the cost. Then they never submitted the proper documents to the insurance company. When I again requested them to sent them in, they said they would, and did not. Then the insurance company called them for the papers, and they did not comply again. Therefore, I was stuck with the full cost. I would not have had the procedure done if I knew the insurance company was not going to pay half. Also, the doctor over-drugged me when it was not necessary. They had me pay while I was in a drugged state and not fully aware. Do not trust this dentist or his staff. They lie to get business.

About Hygienist: Indicated I had insurance coverage for procedure, when I did not have coverage. Then never submitted the paperwork to Anthem. Lied and said she had mailed, then did not mail again when I requested, then did not submit to Anthem when Anthem requested the documents.
