I HAVE BEEN SEEING DR. KAPLAN FOR ABOUT 15 YEARS HE DOES EXCELLENT WORK BUT I ALWAYS FEEL THAT HIS CONVERSATION IS FAKE AND I DON'T CARE FOR THE WAY THAT HIS FRONT DESK TREATS PATIENTS.
