Had extensive periodontal work done and the removal of a few teeth. While the treatment was a success the organization of his medical billing department detracts from any favorable review I could give him. After 5 months received nothing but excuses from his billing clerk as to why my insurance claims were not submitted. While the doctor requires payment at the time of treatment five months later I am still waiting for claim forms to be properly submitted. Its due to his back office disorganization that he lost me as a patient.
