She's good unless a problem develops with her work. Then she doesn't want to know you. She won't return calls, and office staff gets very nasty. Not exactly the kind, caring professional you'd hope for when you are in pain. I'm sorry I spent thousands of dollars here, and would advise others to look elsewhere.
About Hygienist: Just a note to her office staff: patients have a right to their dental xrays.
