I love Dr. Castro! He is very compassionate, attempts to put me at rest, no matter how frantic I am. Spends appropriate amount of time explaining (in layman's terms) what I need, what will happen, alternatives etc. . . The atmosphere in the office is like that of a fine dining restaurant. The office staff is somewhat cool and aloof most times, but dont let them stop you!
