Hubby went for so called "deep cleaning" as the first step in a treatment plan. It was weird, because afterwards he told me he could not even tell any difference. I know if it was me, I would have been concerned that the procedure was actually performed if i couldn't tell any difference. But I question everything! The deep cleaning price was over $300 (with our dental plan discount). Hubby wasn't even in the chair for a full hour. It sounds quite pricey to me, but it is hard to compare when so many offices think you are nuts if you ask what they charge for procedures. It makes me furious, because I always check prices before buying other services and goods, but when it comes to medical and dental prices, it is nearly impossible to get the information. Dr. Zigoris is very personable and seems quite knowledgable. It is a small office and not fancy, which is fine. The person at the front desk could be friendlier. The jury is still out on the treatment success, since hubby is at the beginning of his treatment plan.
