I started out with RBD when I got a crown done by Dr. Miller. Shortly after my work was done, the practice changed hands and was owned by Dr. Maag. I had a balance on my account which I paid in full with my health savings account.
9 months after the crown was seated, it broke. I returned to RBD to discover the practice had changed hands. Dr. Maag and his staff were extremely rude and said they would not even touch me and I had to travel an hour away for Dr. Miller to fix the crown.
I returned to Dr. Miller who fixed my crown.
Recently, I discovered a collection on my credit record for $52. I called RBD and inquired. They said they had no balance and I would need to speak to Dr. Miller. I didn't have a balance there either. I soon found out that my ex husband had gone to the practice a few months back and RBD had made him pay the balance o
