About Front Desk: The staff is competent and friendly. The front office person always has a smile in her voice when she answers the phone. She tries hard to to be accommodating when I schedule my next appointment. The insurance/payment person does a fine job too. She researches what my insurance will cover so I know what to expect. She presents everything to me thoroughly. No prob there. She is always helpful.

About Hygienist: I visit the hygienist every three months now so she can take care of maintaining my teeth. She is friendly and open. She makes me feel very comfortable. At the end of the apptment, she reviews with me to make sure I am cleaning my teeth properly at home.
