My daughter had a Frenectomy (sp?) - not sure of spelling but he did a great job. The problem is the ridiculous staff. The front office/billing people are a nightmare. They lie, they are condescending, don't follow through on what they are told, etc, etc.. We were told by our insurance carrier a bill was finally taken care of as it should have been when we received another bill from them and a letter from their attorney (over a $300 bill mind you). I called, told them to run it again, the insurance would pay, and never heard back. next thing I know, we are served papers by a deputy for civil suit collection. The bill + fees and court costs. The staff didn't want to help, was ugly on the phone, condescending. I WOULD NEVER recommend dealing with these people.
