Dr. Yang has good skill, supper nice. However, his secretary, Rita is extreemly unfriendly and so rude. I mean 'rude'. She should take a class on how to deal with people. I am wondering why Dr. Yang does not see this while working with her for such a long time. It surprises me!
I quit coming to his office just because of Rita. I don't feel comfortable when she picks up a phone and set up an appointment for me.
