The staff at this Dentist office will TRICK you. They will do procedures without asking you or letting you know the COST and then send you a bill. During my last teeth cleaning, I was bombarded by staff saying that I needed X Rays. I had previously paid for a consult and thought the X Rays were included in that. I was pregnant at the time and was told the X rays would be done at a later date. (I thought this was the later date) When I checked out, they only charged me for the cleaning and not the X rays, but several months later I got an invoice in the mail. Why didn’t they make me aware of these "charges" at the time of service?
The AR person, Vicki, is very rude and disrespectful and unreasonable. I will not be going back to this dentist because of the poor customer service and lack of communication to patience and lack of integrity in this practice.
I am a single mom with no dental insurance and always paid this dentist in a timely manner and now I feel SWINDLED. I think their business and clientele must be going downhill because they hounded me with phone calls for weeks on end, telling me that it was time for another cleaning; also their offices are closed for most of the week because apparently other clients are starting to catch on to their scheme. I do NOT recommend this dentist.
