Dr. Summers is very friendly and helpful. His staff seems to be unorganized. I scheduled an appoiutment for 7:30 AM (first appointment of the day) so I could get in and out quickly. I arrived on time, waited 10 minutes to be seated, sat for 10 minutes and another patient who was not in the waiting room when I was seated was ushered in to the cubicle next to me and was treated as I continued to sit.
I walked out and no one has contacted me since.
