About Front Desk: Absolutely the worst experience, with an unprofessional staff, that I have ever had. Our insurance company has called the office manager, Janet, several times to let her know they were in violation of the aggrement for services. We had to pay the bill, because they threatened us that it would be sent to collections, if we didn't pay. Our co-pay was suppose to be 10.00 and our insurance to pick up the rest. Janet didn't understand the concept and billed us anyway. To this day, our insurance company is trying to resolve this, but was an aweful experience with this office!
